My goal is to share my story and journey of healing and health with a plant-based vegan diet.

Getting diagnosed with an autoimmune disease was one of the scariest times of my life, but it was also the catalyst for making life long permanent changes for health. I have always been a positive person, so my ultimate goal was to find a way to overcome this disease and heal myself.  Living a plant-based vegan lifestyle, I have been able to do just that. I have not only regained my health, I have gained control of my eating habits and lost weight. And that is what I want to do for you…to give you hope that this way of eating is not only healing but satisfying and delicious. I love the way I eat, and you can too!
