Roasted Chickpeas (Oil-Free)
This recipe is super easy and provides the perfect snack to eat at anytime. You can munch on them while watching TV, sitting at your desk, or driving in the car. I admit I've stashed some in my purse to eat at the movies. It satisfies that need for a crunchy and savory snack with no unhealthy ingredients. So, you can eat these to your heart's content and never feel guilty. It is my family's favorite guiltless snack!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (15-oz.) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbs smoked paprika
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- 1 Tbs nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbs chipotle pepper powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas out evenly. Pat dry with a paper towel as that will help keep them crispy as they cook. Sprinkle on all seasonings evenly cook for approximately 25-30 minutes until browned and crunchy.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
